Our Story
Women Health Research Foundation Trust (WHRFT) is a trust started with mission and vision to serve the humanity. Women have to go through tough time due to hormonal fluctuation and pregnancy complications. Most of the common medicine prescribed to these patients cause too many health complications and adds misery. We have seen many people failing miserably due to inability to afford the high cost of modern medicine. Practice of yoga and natural therapy can overcome these issues and prevent them forever. After the realization that yoga and holistic therapy can be the most suitable solution for these problems, the idea of starting a dedicated women health research foundation was born. Women Health Research Foundation (WHRF) Trust is a mission initiated by Dr. Neha Vasisht and Dr. Mohan Karki. We are dedicated to help the women in specific to overcome the health complications they have to face due to various reasons viz. physical, mental, emotional, social, economic etc. We have a vision to liberate the everyone from the lifelong jail of medicine and experience holistic and spiritual bliss.

I am so glad that I joined WHRF during my early pregnancy. My journey during pregnancy was great because of these classes! I was experiencing back pains and Anupama teacher helped me regain strength and stamina during this phase.
